SEI registration closes when we hit capacity. We will post a wait-list on this page at that time; spots do open up as we near the start date.

VRA Refund Policy

By registering to attend a VRA program, you are making a commitment to participate in an important association event. Planning and arrangements for facilities, catering, and other program elements are based in part on registration numbers. Unanticipated circumstances may occasionally require registrants to cancel their registrations and request a refund. We ask that you do this as a last resort. Refunds of event registration fees requested by registrants will be made on request through the start of the program; however, an administrative cancellation fee of $50.00 will be charged. Please note that in most cases refund requests will not be accepted after a program has concluded. If a conference, workshop, tour, or other program is canceled by the Association, all registration fees will be refunded.

Refund Payments

When possible, credit card payments will be returned to the original credit card. When an electronic refund is not available, a check will be issued for the refund and mailed to the address on file. Checks that are not cashed within 90 days of issue are automatically canceled by the Association’s bank.
